2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon dried or fresh chamomile
1/2 teaspoon dried lavender
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon dried lemon balm
1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat.
2. Add the chamomile, lavender, mint, fennel, and lemon balm. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Strain and drink before going to bed.
