A recent study published in Human Psychopharmacology: Clinical and Experimental showed that when men took multivitamins over an eight-week trial period their contextual recognition memory performance was significantly better. Test groups were men between the ages of 50 and 74 divided into a double-blind trial.

Actually, it’s not unusual for men in their mid-40s to experience a swelling of the prostate, which is what BPH is. Nearly half of all men in their 50s have the condition, and more than 80 percent of octogenarians suffer from it.
