Tech companies have spent years perfecting human exoskeletons designed to help wearers be stronger and more dexterous. Honda has taken a major step forward (pun intended), leasing out 100 of its Walking Assist Devices to hospitals in Japan. The exoskeleton will help patients like stroke victims or the elderly who are capable of walking if they have a little extra stability and support.
