Peanut Butter Balls

1 cup natural peanut butter, smooth or chunky 
1/4 cup nonfat dried milk 
1/4 cup honey 
2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ 
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal 
1/4 cup chocolate chips 
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or unsweetened flaked coconut

Mix together first six ingredients (peanut butter through chocolate chips). Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll balls into crushed graham crackers or coconut. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
