Passage Foods Teams with Renowned Gluten-Free Chef Beth Hillson

Beth Hillson, author of the recently published book Gluten-Free Makeovers, and Passage Foods, creators of international cooking sauces, have partnered to develop a range of new recipes for time-starved consumers who want home cooked meals that are nutritious, healthy, and satisfy the demand for gluten-free meal solutions. Since being diagnosed with celiac disease more than 30 years ago, Hillson has made it her lifelong journey to ensure that healthy, delicious cuisine remains a part of her diet. Along the way, Hillson founded the highly successful Gluten-Free Pantry brand, created the web-store and has dedicated her life to supporting advocacy groups working on celiac causes. As Food Editor of Living Without magazine, President of the American Celiac Disease Alliance, and creator of the weekly e-newsletter for, Hillson has continued her work to bring better understanding to the health challenges that the celiac and gluten intolerant population face.

"When I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 1976, I had nowhere to turn for recipes, products or support. I attended culinary school to understand recipes so I could ask the right questions when I ate in restaurants. Little did I know that this would lead to a lifelong career making gluten-free food and serving the celiac community," stated Hillson.

"We are very excited to now be working with Beth and tap her culinary brilliance in developing exciting easy-to-prepare recipes for consumers with the Passage Foods cooking sauce range," stated Passage Foods' Mark MacKenzie. "Beth is truly an artist in gluten-free cooking and with our international culinary chef team based in Melbourne, Australia, we look forward to bringing exciting new meal ideas to our dedicated Passage Foods consumers worldwide."
