1. Contest is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Employees and agents of Innovision Health Media, its respective affiliates and subsidiaries and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. See below for additional eligibility requirements.

2. To enter, please send an email with your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and e-mail address to contest@naturalsolutionsmag.com. Limit of one entry per person. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 p.m. MST on May 1, 2009. Correspondence will not be answered.

Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at sponsor‘s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, unforseen event, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

3. Three potential winners will be selected on or around May 1, 2009, and will be notified by email or by telephone. If the potential winner selected cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a prize and, at sponsors‘ sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. No substitution of prizes.
