Spring Salad with Honey Vinaigrette
Salad
8 cups fresh spring greens
1 medium avocado, pitted and sliced
1 pint raspberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Honey Vinaigrette
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 shallot, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
On four salad plates, layer greens, avocado slices, raspberries, and walnuts. Whisk vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over salads. Serve immediately.
