Need more inspiration than your growing love handles to get you off that couch? New research published in the British Journal of Cancer found that men who work out at least 30 minutes a day have a 34 percent lower risk of dying from cancer than men who exercise less frequently or not at all. No need to run out and get a gym membership, though, fellas: The study found that 30 minutes of brisk walking or bike riding each day will do the trick.
