1. Contest is open to US residents 18 years of age or older. Employees and agents of Innovision Health Media or its respective affiliates and subsidiaries and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. See below for additional eligibility requirements.

2. To enter, please send an email with your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address to contest@naturalsolutionsmag.com. Limit one entry per person. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 p.m. MST on July 1, 2009. Correspondence will not be answered.

Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at sponsor‘s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation of the website. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, unforeseen event, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

3. Three potential winners will be selected on or around July 1, 2009, and will be notified by email or telephone. If the potential winner selected can not be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a prize and, at the sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. No substitution of prizes.

4. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this contest, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.
