Headache Help

If you have a headache, homeopathy may help. However, to keep your head painless from the get-go, look to the following tips:

• Feed your head
A drop in blood glucose levels can trigger a “hungry headache.” Plan for healthy snacks and eat balanced meals on a regular basis—and don’t forget the protein.

• Sleep sensibly
Oversleeping on weekends? Not enough zzzz’s during the week? Too much or too little sleep may result in a headache. Stick with the same sleep schedule, even on vacations and weekends.

• Drink Up
Dehydration may also result in a headache. You can’t always depend on your sense of thirst to tell you when to sip, particularly during a busy workday. Keep water by your side and drink it throughout your day.
