Berriest Smoothie


Berriest Smoothie
1/2 cup plain soy milk
1/2 cup plain soy yogurt
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
