½ cup soy or almond milk

½ cup orange juice

1 ½ cups chopped kale leaves

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 fresh or frozen banana

½ cup ice

BOOST IT: 1 teaspoon chia seeds

 

Green Pepper Purify

1 ½ cups chopped seeded green bell pepper

1 cup chopped spinach

1 cup orange juice

1 banana

2 to 3 pinches of cayenne

½ cup ice

BOOST IT: 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

 

Green with Energy

1 cup chopped kale leaves

1 cup chopped spinach

1 kiwi, peeled

½ cup green grapes

½ cup soy milk

1 banana

½ cup coconut water ice cubes

BOOST IT: 1 tablespoon nut butter
